I was a young Medical Physicist at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio from 1975 to 1980. This is when I became acquainted with Theo. There was a group of medical physicists who met together frequently and during these years I became very fond of Theo. I remember and greatly appreciate his kindness, his thoughtfulness, and his graciousness. He was helpful to me in these early years of practice in medical physics. There were also a number of occasions that we were able to share our walks of faith in Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, after I left Good Sam, I lost contact with Theo, but I look forward to seeing him again in on the Lord's presence.
In 1985 I entered full time Christian ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ, a labor of love which continued for 20 years. Now I am back once again in the field of medical physics.
To you, Joyce, and to your entire family I extend my deepest sympathy for your loss, but I understand the profound joy of knowing that you will be reunited once again with Theo in the Lord's gracious and wonderful presence.
To Him be all the glory!
