Cindy Carter Obituary Cindy Sue Carter, age 61 of Sanford, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was born to the late Chester and Louise Decker on July 1, 1954. Family and friends were Cindys passion and delight. She loved to be anywhere near the water and enjoyed collecting shells. Cindy was able to enjoy her life and grandkids as a cancer survivor for 10 years. She enjoyed her time with family and friends to the fullest. Cindy is survived by her daughter Kris Middleton of Sanford, son Craig Middleton and his wife Barb of Ormond Beach, 10 grandchildren Alliah, Andrew, Hannah, Austin, Kaileigh, Kalee, Erik, Zack, Gavin and Wyatt. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her and called or sent cards to cheer Cindy up during her illness. She loved everyone that she met and would glow when her family or friends would visit or send their love. There will be a celebration of life at The Anderson Price Building at 42 N Beach St, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 August 29th, 2015 from 10 am to 12 am.
