Mr. Napoleon Owens Jr Obituary Mr. Napoleon Owens, Jr. was born to the late Mrs. Ruby Lee Owens and Mr. Napoleon Owens, Sr., in Winter Garden, FL on March 13, 1954. After moving to Kissimmee, FL in 1957 he graduated from Osceola High School in 1972. Shortly thereafter Mr. Owens attended Westside Vocational and completed several culinary courses. He went on to work many years for the Osceola County School Board as a Supervisor of the Custodial staff. Mr. Owens was an avid cigar smoker and enjoyed fixing on automobiles, travelling, eating, joking around, and most of all getting dressed up with his platform shoes on and going out dancing and socializing!
