Mr. Richard Schaer Obituary Richard Schaer of Sanford, Florida, passed away on March 2, 2014 at 11:20 am with his beautiful wife at his side. He served his country proudly for many years in the United States Air Force. Richard was also a faithful member of the American Legion in Sanford. Richard is survived by his lovely wife, Leonor, two sons, three step-sons and two step-daughters. He was a good persons, and he will be greatly missed by many!
