Obituary for Mr. Theodore "Uncle Teddy" Morgan
It is with deep love and heartfelt remembrance that we celebrate the life of Mr. Theodore Morgan, affectionately known as Uncle Teddy, who peacefully passed away in his sleep on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the blessed age of 91.
Born on July 5, 1934, Theodore lived a long, faithful, and purpose-filled life devoted to God, family, and service. At the tender age of ten, he gave his life to Christ and was baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist faith—a decision that became a turning point not only in his own life but also for his family, many of whom followed his example and came to know the Lord through his witness.
For several decades, Uncle Teddy faithfully served as a Security Officer with the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, where he was known for his steadfast reliability, integrity, and humble spirit.
He was a devoted and active member of the Springfield Seventh-day Adventist Church in New York, where he worshiped and served diligently. After relocating to Florida, he continued his faithful walk as a longtime member of Mount Sinai Seventh-day Adventist Church, where his presence, prayers, and quiet strength were deeply felt and cherished.
Though his earthly journey has come to a close, Uncle Teddy's love and legacy continue through the many lives he touched. He is survived by a loving family of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews, all of whom will forever remember his wisdom, kindness, gentle humor, and unwavering faith.
Uncle Teddy lived as a true man of God—humble in heart, steadfast in spirit, and faithful until the end. His life was a sermon of love and devotion, and his example will continue to guide generations to come.
"Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord."
