Mr. Egbert Palmer, age 88, originally a long-time resident of Lake Harbor, Florida, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022, in Apopka, Florida with his son. He was born in Saint Mary Jamaica on August 7, 1933. He came to the United States of America when he was 27 years old.
Egbert married Mrs. Ruth M. Miller Palmer of Fort Pierce, Florida on October 2, 1987, in Vero Beach, Florida. The couple remained married until his death.
Egbert was a hardworking man who took care of his family. As a private person, he enjoyed peaceful times with his family and close friends. As an avid cook, he also enjoyed cooking many traditional Jamaican dishes.
Mr. Egbert Palmer is survived by his wife - Mrs. Ruth M. Palmer; his only son - Devon Palmer (Maribel) of Apopka, Florida; stepdaughters - Ms. Rosalind Robinson of Fort Washington, Maryland and Mrs. Alicia Robinson Cooper (Dr. Chad Cooper) of Brooklyn, New York; grandsons - SSGT Anthony Palmer of Okinawa Japan and Sean Palmer of Orlando, Florida; step-granddaughter - Celebrity Cooper of Brooklyn, New York; step-grandsons - Chad Cooper II of Brooklyn, New York and Caleb Cooper (15) of Brooklyn, New York; and a host of loving friends and co-workers. #RIP
