Patricia Ann Burns

I am deeply and profoundly saddened to learn of Sis. Patricia "Pat" Burns' passing. She was a faithful member of Shiloh SDA Church n Chicago, IL and Hinsdale SDA Church in Hinsdale, IL for decades. Sis. Burns was an educator, a spiritual leader and mentor and an outstanding and gifted fundraiser for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My sincere condolences extend to her husband, who is my spiritual mentor and was my Sabbath School teacher at Shiloh SDA Church in Chicago, IL, Elder Burrell Burns. My condolences also extend to her children and grandchildren, whom she loved very much. We hold firm to the "Blessed Hope" of the New Testament;.........and the dead in Christ shall rise first........."
