Ric Candor, 63, passed away on March 6, 2020, in Lake Mary, FL. If you've played in any recreational softball leagues across Orlando in the past 20 years, you've likely faced one of his legendary pitches, for he was a competitive and talented pitcher. Both on and off the field, Ric embodied the expression, “There is no 'I' in team,” and his heart was as big as his gusto for life. He loved working for Seminole County, loved helping with the Orlando Angel Wings of Action after the Pulse tragedy, and loved a rousing game of Oh Hell. He will be missed by all his special families. A Celebration of Life for Ric will be held at the First Unitarian Church of Orlando at a later date this summer.
