The Orange County Public Burial and Cremation Program bases eligibility to claim ashes off of the Federal Poverty Guidelines at 100% using gross household income and household size. The household income cannot exceed the limits listed in the chart below:

A family of 1 member gross monthly income $1,255.00
A family of 2 members gross monthly income $1,703.00
A family of 3 members gross monthly income $2,152.00
A family of 4 members gross monthly income $2,600.00
A family of 5 members gross monthly income $3,048.00
